The Mannatech events team is working to develop a plan for discounted meals for attendees. Details coming soon.

Which ticket options are available?

  • Bundle 1 – $249 (includes General Sessions, Eric Worre, Closing Celebration, and Translation)

How do I receive a refund?

You may cancel your registration and request your refund by simply emailing events@mannatech.com with your request.

*MannaFest bundles purchased during MannaFest 2016 are non-refundable.

What if my credit card used for the transaction is no longer active?

We will only refund the original form of payment. If the original credit card is no longer active, please contact events@mannatech.com

Can I receive a refund by check?

We are not currently set up to offer refund checks.

Can I use my event golden ticket for MannaFest 2017?

The golden tickets are designed for you to use to attend a local regional meeting.

How do I add a guest to my registration?

You may add a guest to your registration by emailing events@mannatech.com with the following details:

  1. Mannatech account number
  2. First and last name
  3. Email address

Your guest/s details will be added to the MannaFest registration and sent an email confirmation.

Is there a guest fee?

Guests must pay to attend the event at the same cost as an Associate or Member.

Are children allowed at the event?

Yes.

Is there a discount for children?

Children under 14 must pay to attend the event at the same cost as an Associate or Member.

Will daycare services be provided?

Daycare services will be not be provided at the event.

What is the charge for an international attendee?

The cost is the same as the domestic cost and is in USD. Please see pricing above.

Do you offer special needs seating?

Yes. Please select the option to choose special needs seating.

Do you offer special accommodation for the hearing impaired (CART)?

Yes. Please select the option to choose hearing impaired seating.

Do you offer translation?

Yes. Translation is available in Japanese, Korean, Mandarin Chinese and Spanish. Translation is provided at an additional cost (unless purchasing a bundle) and must be selected during the registration process prior to the deadline of February 1, 2017.

Which forms of payment will be allowed in the storefront?

U.S. cash currency will be accepted. While attending the U.S. event, all attendees from all countries will need to have one of the following credit cards to use for storefront purchases: Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Personal checks will not be accepted.

Please note: Diners club is not accepted from any country.

Do you accept traveler’s checks?

We accept traveler’s checks, cashier checks, and money orders in USD currency only.
