How do I make reservations at the host hotel?

*Pricing is for the first two passengers, plus $5 for each additional passenger.
Gaylord Texan Resort will provide shared transportation services to DFW Airport every 30 minutes (at every hour and half hour) between 5:00am – 2:00pm daily. The fee is $15 per person. Please note this does not include transportation from DFW Airport to the resort. This is also based on availability. First come, first serve will apply. This is a shared ride rate with 4-5 others and departs the hotel every 30 minutes from 5am – 2pm as mentioned above.

Once you have arrived at the Gaylord Texan, proceed to Corporate Tour booth located in the Longhorn Exhibit Foyer to check in and pick up your tour ticket.
Busses will be scheduled based on the time you selected. Attendees may not change on site. Attendees will receive a ticket to get on the bus at the booth.
Thursday April 26 – No transportation from the Gaylord provided. Attendee is on own for transportation to the office.

Are refunds available?
Event registration Cancellation & Refund requests are due February 2, 2017. If you request a refund after this date, we can only process a transfer for you. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request this transfer and provide the Associates account number, first and last name, and email address for the transfer to be completed.
How do I receive my refund?
MannaFest Bundle pre-purchased at MannaFest are non-refundable.

If you purchased tickets at regular price April 10 – November 30, 2017. Refund requests are due February 2, 2017. You will receive a full refund.
50% refund available for requests that are received by February 2, 2018. Tickets purchased after December 1, 2017 – February 2, 2018 will receive a 50% refund available. If you request a refund after due dates, we can only process a transfer for you. Please email email@example.com to request this transfer and provide the Associates account number, first and last name, current leadership level, and email address for the transfer to be completed.
Can I receive a refund by check?

Can I use my event golden ticket for MannaFest 2018?
No, the golden tickets are designed for you to use to attend a local regional meeting.
How do I update my MannaFest bundle guest/s names?

Guests pay to attend the event at the same cost as an Associate or Preferred Customer.

Yes. Translation is available in Japanese, Korean, Mandarin Chinese and Spanish. Translation is provided at an additional cost (unless purchasing a bundle) and must be selected during the registration process prior to the deadline of February 1, 2018.
All attendees need a translation headset. Including English speaking attendees. Presentations will be presented in multiple languages.

U.S. cash currency will be accepted. While attending the U.S. event, all attendees from all countries will need to have one of the following credit cards to use for storefront purchases: Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Personal checks will NOT be accepted.
