How do I make reservations at the host hotel?


To make reservations at Sheraton Arlington hotel, call (800) 325-3535 (toll free 24/7) or Register Online.

If you make your reservations over the phone, be sure to mention the discount code:

Rooms are available:

May 1, 2019 – April 3, 2020

Room Rates:

Single/double: $159 + tax

Triple: $179

Quads: $189

Tax rate is 17% plus $1.90 Entertainment Fee


This fee includes:

  • Local phone calls (817 area code only)
  • Wireless high-speed internet access in guest rooms and meeting rooms.

Important Notices

  • A deposit equal to the cost of one night’s room rate will be charged to your credit card at the time the reservation is made.
  • Depending on availability, the hotel cut-off date is March 1, 2019 to take advantage of the special Mannatech room rate.
  • Hotel allows individual cancellations without penalty up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the attendees’ scheduled arrival date
  • Attendees can also call Sheraton reservations at 800-325-3535. Please make sure you mention you are with Mannatech.

Are there other hotels available?

Not at this time. If the Sheraton Hotel sells out, we will add additional hotels in the area.


Will I be charged for parking?

Sheraton parking is complimentary. Non-guests will be towed.

Arlington Convention Center: $5.00. NOTE: in/out will be allowed.

Airport Transportation is complimentary through the Sheraton Hotel from Dallas/Ft. Worth airport (DFW).

Attendee Meetings

In addition to the General Sessions, will there be special meetings, trainings or parties?

Qualified Presidential Outing and Dinner: Must obtain Presidential status 3 out of 6 times August 2019 – January 2020.  Invitations will be sent to Associates registered for MannaFest by March 1, 2020.

Presidential Meeting: Business Casual – Sheraton Ballroom – 2nd level

Business Training:  Business Casual

Breakout Sessions:  Business Casual

Meals are available at the Sheraton Hotel and Arlington Convention Center at attendees own expense.

Attendees are welcome to tour the corporate office Thursday, April 23.  Attendees are on their own for transportation.

Event Registration

Which ticket options are available?

Early Bird:

  • General Sessions $29 through Sunday April 14, 2020.  These tickets are non-refundable.
  • General Session $59 Monday April 16, 2019 – December 31, 2019
  • January 1 through onsite –  Registration $99.  Credit Cards only.

Are refunds available?

Event registration Cancellation & Refund requests for a full refund are due December 2, 2019. Contact to request this transfer and provide the Associate’s account number, first and last name, and email address foer the transfer to be completed. After December 20, 2019 no refunds will be processed.

How do I receive my refund?

Tickets prepurchased at MannaFest 2018 are NON-REFUNDABLE through Sunday, April, 2019.

Can I receive a refund by check?

We are not currently set up to offer refund checks.

Can I use my event golden ticket for MannaFest 2018?


Modify Registration Steps:

  6. Click Modify
  7. Under the Modify section click on Registration (Right side of page)
  8. Add sessions you would like to attend
  9. Click Next all the way through
  10. Click Finish
  11. If you have other guest/s to update repeat the above steps

Information Update (Personal Information: name, etc.)

  1. Follow steps 1-7
  2. Click information instead of registration
  3. Update personal information
  4. Click Next
  5. Click Finnish

Is there a guest fee?

Guests pay to attend the event at the same cost as an Associate or Preferred Customer.

Are children allowed at the event?


Is there a discount for children?

Children under 14  are free of charge.

Will daycare services be provided?

Daycare services will not be provided at the event.

What is the charge for an international attendee?

The cost is the same as the domestic cost and is in USD. Please see pricing above.

Do you offer special needs seating?

Yes. Please select the option to choose special needs seating.

Do you offer special accommodation for the hearing impaired (CART)?

Yes. Please select the option to choose hearing impaired seating.

Do you offer translation?

Yes. Translation is available in Mandarin Chinese. Translation must be selected during the registration process prior to the deadline of February 25, 2020.

All attendees need a translation headset. Including English speaking attendees. Presentations will be presented in multiple languages.

Can storefront orders be placed in a future Month?

All orders must be placed in the current month of April.

Which Month can I order in?


Which forms of payment will be allowed in the storefront?

U.S. cash currency will be accepted. While attending the U.S. event, all attendees from all countries will need to have one of the following credit cards to use for storefront purchases: Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Personal checks will NOT be accepted.

Please note: Diners club is NOT accepted from any country.

Do you accept traveler’s checks?

We accept traveler’s checks, cashier checks, and money orders in USD currency only.
