How do I make reservations at the host hotel?

Single/double: $189

Tax rate is 13%


Additional person will be charged at a rate of $20.00 per person, per night, with a maximum of four (4) persons per guestroom.

Resort fee:

A daily resort fee of $20.00 per room, per day plus the current state and local tax of 13% (tax is subject to change), will be charged in addition to the room rates set forth above.

This fee includes:

  • Local phone calls (817 area code only)
  • 2 bottles of water per day in guest rooms
  • Discounted transportation service to designated Grapevine locations provided by City of Grapevine shuttle.
  • Wired and wireless high-speed internet access in guest rooms.
  • Admission for 2 to Glass Cactus Nightclub (ages 21 and up Friday – Saturday, excluding ticketed events).

Important Notices

  • A deposit equal to the cost of one night’s room rate will be charged to your credit card at the time the reservation is made.
  • Depending on availability, the hotel cut-off date is March 29, 2018 to take advantage of the special Mannatech room rate.
  • Hotel allows individual cancellations without penalty up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the attendees’ scheduled arrival date
  • Attendees can also call Marriott reservations at 1-817-778-1000. Please make sure you mention you are with Mannatech

Are there other hotels available?

Not at this time. If the Gaylord Texan sells out, we will add additional hotels in the area.


Will I be charged for parking?

Self-parking rate reduced to $15 plus taxes per day for Mannatech group.

Airport Transportation Provided through the Gaylord Texan

Gaylord Texan Resort will provide shared transportation services to DFW Airport every 30 minutes (at every hour and half hour) between 5:00am – 2:00pm daily. The fee is $15 per person. Please note this does not include transportation from DFW Airport to the resort. This is also based on availability.  First come, first serve will apply.  This is a shared ride rate with 4-5 others and departs the hotel every 30 minutes from 5am – 2pm as mentioned above.

Corporate Tours

Tour the New Mannatech Headquarters.

Tour cost: Complimentary

Registration ends March 30, 2018 for tours Friday, April 27 – May, 1, 2018

Once you have arrived at the Gaylord Texan, proceed to Corporate Tour booth located in the Longhorn Exhibit Foyer to check in and pick up your tour ticket.

Busses will be scheduled based on the time you selected. Attendees may not change on site. Attendees will receive a ticket to get on the bus at the booth.

Tour Schedule:

Thursday April 26 – No transportation from the Gaylord provided. Attendee is on own for transportation to the office.
*Registration is not available for Thursday. First come, first serve.

Friday April 27 – Transportation provided from the Gaylord

Monday, April 30 – Transportation provided

Event Registration

Which ticket options are available?

Are refunds available?

Event registration Cancellation & Refund requests are due February 2, 2017. If you request a refund after this date, we can only process a transfer for you. Please email to request this transfer and provide the Associates account number, first and last name, and email address for the transfer to be completed.

How do I receive my refund?

MannaFest Bundle pre-purchased at MannaFest are non-refundable.

Individual tickets pre-purchased at MannaFest are non-refundable
*You may cancel your bundle but no refunds.

If you purchased tickets at regular price April 10 – November 30, 2017. Refund requests are due February 2, 2017. You will receive a full refund.

50% refund available for requests that are received by February 2, 2018. Tickets purchased after December 1, 2017 – February 2, 2018 will receive a 50% refund available. If you request a refund after due dates, we can only process a transfer for you. Please email to request this transfer and provide the Associates account number, first and last name, current leadership level, and email address for the transfer to be completed.

Can I receive a refund by check?

We are not currently set up to offer refund checks.

Can I use my event golden ticket for MannaFest 2018?

No, the golden tickets are designed for you to use to attend a local regional meeting.

How do I update my MannaFest bundle guest/s names?

Modify Registration Steps:

  1. Go to

  4. Enter your registration details
    1. First and last name
    2. Email address
    3. Confirmation number (If you need this resent to you email
    4. Click OK

  2. Click Modify
  3. Once the columns appear with your name, choose “Add Guest
  4. Add registration type
  5. Enter first and last name
  6. Email address is optional
  7. Click Next
  8. Select seating
  9. Select M5M
  10. Select Presidential meeting (If applicable. This is HLE)
  11. Click Next
  12. Page will display the guest you added.
  13. If you are ready to add the other guest/s in your group – Click Add Guest and repeat the steps 8 – 15
  14. Click Finish when guest registration is completed.
  15. Each guest will have their own confirmation number.

*All guest/s names need to be submitted by February 28, 2018.

Is there a guest fee?

Guests pay to attend the event at the same cost as an Associate or Preferred Customer.

Are children allowed at the event?


Is there a discount for children?

Children under 14  are free of charge.

Will daycare services be provided?

Daycare services will not be provided at the event.

What is the charge for an international attendee?

The cost is the same as the domestic cost and is in USD. Please see pricing above.

Do you offer special needs seating?

Do you offer translation?

Yes. Translation is available in Japanese, Korean, Mandarin Chinese and Spanish. Translation is provided at an additional cost (unless purchasing a bundle) and must be selected during the registration process prior to the deadline of February 1, 2018.

All attendees need a translation headset. Including English speaking attendees. Presentations will be presented in multiple languages.

Can storefront orders be placed in a future Month?

Which forms of payment will be allowed in the storefront?

U.S. cash currency will be accepted. While attending the U.S. event, all attendees from all countries will need to have one of the following credit cards to use for storefront purchases: Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Personal checks will NOT be accepted.

Please note: Diners club is NOT accepted from any country.

Do you accept traveler’s checks?

We accept traveler’s checks, cashier checks, and money orders in USD currency only.
